Brokerage transaction compliance
Nothing closes with a document missing.
Solavellum is the compliance system real estate brokerages use to collect, review, and file the paperwork behind every transaction — so the broker knows a file is complete before it goes anywhere.
- Collect
-
Agents see only what their file needs
Each transaction opens with the forms, disclosures, and signatures that apply to it. Requirements appear and disappear as the answers change, so agents aren't reading around paperwork that doesn't apply.
- Review
-
Staff work a queue, not an inbox
Files arrive with their completion state already calculated. Compliance staff review, return, or approve — and the file can't be submitted until every required item is genuinely there.
- Record
-
Every change is on the record
Who answered what, who approved it, and when. The audit trail is written as the work happens, not reconstructed later when someone asks.
- Deliver
-
Completed files land where you keep them
When a transaction is signed off, the finished documents are filed to the storage your office already uses. No re-uploading, no forwarding, no separate copy to keep in sync.
Connected storage
Send completed documents to your own Google Drive
Brokerages already have a place where closed files live. Solavellum delivers to it directly instead of asking you to move documents twice.
An office administrator connects their Google account once and chooses a destination folder using Google's own file picker. From that point on, Solavellum writes each completed transaction document into the folder you selected — and only that folder.
What we can and cannot reach. Solavellum requests the drive.file permission, which grants access solely to the folder you pick and the files we create in it. We cannot see, open, or list anything else in your Drive. The connection can be disconnected from inside Solavellum, or revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive work the same way.
Who uses it
Built for the broker who signs off on the file
Solavellum is sold to real estate brokerages and franchise groups in the United States. Access is provisioned by the brokerage for its own agents and staff — there is no public sign-up. Corporate offices administer their branch offices from one place.
